David
L. Feldman
Founder, CEO/Chairman
With more than 35 years of executive management expertise in
the electronics and the embedded PC industry, David Feldman
is considered a pioneer who developed the PC/104 industry standard
and 5? inch Single Board Computer (SBC) concept. His leadership,
vision, and ability to articulate the goals of the company he
founded in April 1995 are significant. Prior to founding ZF
Micro Solutions, Inc., Feldman was President/CEO and COB of Ampro
Computers, Inc. As the CEO/chief strategist for Ampro he was
responsible for building a profitable embedded control company
that generated in excess of $85M in revenue during his fourteen-year
tenure. Feldman has also spent over twenty plus years in senior
management positions in various commercial, industrial and government
organizations and fifteen years in the embedded PC industry. |

Gerald E. Masterson
CFO, Vice President and Assistant Corporate
Secretary
Jerry Masterson has been ZF's Chief Financial Officer and
Executive Vice President since January of 1998. Masterson
is responsible for all administrative functions including
accounting and finance, treasury, tax, human resources, legal,
mergers and acquisitions and investor relations. Masterson
has 30 years of experience in cost accounting, operations
and business finance in the semiconductor industry in North
America, Europe and Asia and has lived and worked in Europe.
He has made significant contributions as a CFO while with
Semiconductor Systems, Acrian and Phillips/Signetics during
the last seventeen years, with an emphasis on merger and acquisitions,
equity investments, and joint ventures in Europe and Asia.
Masterson is a graduate of Xavier University, Cincinnati,
Ohio with a BS in Business Administration, Accounting Major
in 1964.
